I love to cook chicken biryani especially for guests. I love to see their faces lit up when I open the top of the earthen pot and they are greeted with fluffy yellow rice and the wonderful waft of delicious spices.

Laksa yum!
My favourite is the Singapore laksa variety. It's unique and tastes so delicious. The key ingredient that makes the difference is the use of laksa leaf - daun kesum or Vietnamese coriander.
Rempah Udang (Spicy Prawn Wrapped in Glutinous Rice)
I love the spiciness of the prawn mixture encased in soft, tender coconutty glutinous rice.

The beef brisket is so tender and the sauce is fragrant and very tasty.
Chicken Tikka
I baked them in a dish instead of grilling. The chicken meat was tasty, tender and juicy and the skin was crispy.

The air fried version was tasty, required less work and no deep frying. I am not fond of deep frying, however I like the deep fried version as they were more crispy.

The chicken is tender and juicy with a crispy skin, the vegetables are nicely roasted and the gravy, oh the gravy is simply delicious!
