Home-made Egg Pasta
Fresh pasta has a soft yellow hue and is tender and silky in texture and has the flavour of eggs. They cook quickly, as compared to store bought dry pasta which usually does not contain any egg.
Fried Beef Hor Fun
The noodles must have flavour, taste, and aroma that can only be imparted by a very hot wok on food during stir frying. In other word, the noodles need to be seared on high heat in the wok.
