Bubur Cha Cha is a colourful combination of sweet potato and yam in thick and sweet coconut milk. Bubur Cha Cha can be served hot or cold. I prefer mine warm.

My favourite is the Singapore laksa variety. It's unique and tastes so delicious. The key ingredient that makes the difference is the use of laksa leaf - daun kesum or Vietnamese coriander.
