Teochew Kueh is called Png Kueh. This glutinous rice cake has a peanut and dried prawn filling. Use the press and tap method to get the png kueh out of the mould. The mould is made from dense quality wood. It won’t stain or retain odours. The carving represents the word longevity and peach, also a sign of longevity.
