Pandan Cookies with Gula Melaka and Coconut

I bought some of these cookies from a restaurant in London recently. They said they imported it directly from Malaysia. They were unique (I have never seen these cookies before) and very aromatic, buttery and tasty.

This has inspired me to make my own pandan cookies. They were delicious and so did my neighbours. Yummy! I love them.
