Pad Thai - sweet, sour, salty & hot!

Pad Thai is one of Thailand's top street food. Pad Thai is a quick stir fry of rice noodles with sweet, sour, salty and chilli hot seasoning, chives & bean sprouts and crushed peanuts. Recently, I had the good fortune of tasting a really delicious, well fried and authentic Pad Thai. This motivated me to try my hand at cooking it at home. After researching a number of recipes and with that taste still in mind, I started to experiment with the proportion of seasoning used. I finally end up with the following recipe. Hope you like it too.
